Dear, Mr Thomas

On January 1, 2011, I bought one unit of Acer laptop with a serial number 4520 on the Vision stores, mawar street 3, west of Jakarta.
Unfortunately, your product can not be used properly. I am disappointed that things did not work correctly and the time I purchased the items that ministry is not done properly.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you, I ask for the goods exchanged back with good stuff. Enclosed are copies (do not send originals) of my records (including letter of acceptance, warranties, and warranty).
